In 2010, Julie Henderson traveled 24 hours to succeed in a rather faraway location within the Atacama Desert, Chile, for her fourth consecutive look in the once a year SI Swimsuit Issue.
The seven-time SI Swimsuit style posed for photographer Raphael Mazzucco amongst “superb landscapes,” she stated of the site. While she perceived to revel in all of it, certainly one of her favourite portions was once without a doubt a prevent at a salt lake within the desolate tract. “There had been some in point of fact stunning photos [taken] there,” she defined.
